Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based, multidisciplinary care within bright, concierge-style clinics using a coordinated team treatment model. Practice as a licensed therapist (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) on multi-disciplinary care teams assigned to patient cases, collaborating to provide stable, effective care for individuals with mental illness and addiction. Support high-needs populations through individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions while utilizing electronic health record systems. Join a supportive clinical team that provides necessary guidance and training for success.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts LICSW (or LMHC) License
- Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work or Related Field
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 1+ years' experience in Mental Health Treatment
- Experience with individual, group, couple, and/or family therapy with high needs populations
- Comfort with computers and electronic health record systems
