Licensed Therapist, Mental Health and Addiction

Provide clinical services including individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention to Lighthouse clients within the scope of practice. Complete crisis and safety plans, treatment plans, service notes, and discharge reports while maintaining accurate clinical records under Quality Improvement and billing standards. Assist in program development, respond to community resource requests, and collaborate with external providers to promote integrated care. Educate clients on community resources, make appropriate referrals, and activate Case Management or CPST Services to remove barriers to recovery. Maintain a person-centered, strength-based approach while ensuring all Protected Health Information communications comply with 42 CFR Part 2, mental health laws, and HIPAA.
