Job Summary
Behavioral Health Licensed Therapist provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies; develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassesses plans; may provide initial assessment and supervision if qualified; participates in performance improvement activities; maintains confidentiality and ethical conduct; sees all ages via telehealth and in-person visits; responsibilities include consultation and adherence to standards of care within a Baptist Health system.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work or counselling
- licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW)
- knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling services
- knowledge of strategies for applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts
- licensure as LCSW or LPCC
- ability to provide clinical services via telehealth and in-person visits
