Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Clinician provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy to diverse clients including children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning; developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans; managing a caseload of county-referred and insurance clients; delivering crisis intervention, risk assessments, and stabilization services; maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and community partners; participating in staff meetings, clinical supervision, training, and outreach; and supporting CCS values through clinical excellence and teamwork. Qualifications include an active California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), knowledge of evidence-based interventions, strong communication and organizational skills, EHR proficiency, and eligibility for insurance credentialing. Preferred qualifications include county behavioral health experience, work with SMI/trauma/co-occurring disorders or underserved populations, and bilingual skills. This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits and PSLF eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active California license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and clinical documentation standards
- Experience providing mental health treatment to diverse populations
- Eligible for credentialing with insurance providers
