Job Summary
Licensed Therapist needed in Lebanon, TN for outpatient behavioral health. Hybrid model offering telemedicine and in-person care with flexible schedules. Provides high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults and/or children/adolescents. Requires licensure in one or more US states and credentials such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC-MHSP. Required Qualifications
