Job Summary
Conduct psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group therapies, and develop patient treatment plans with active patient/family participation. Reassess treatment plans appropriately and provide initial patient assessments if independently privileged. Participate in performance improvement activities, data interpretation, and clinical supervision where qualified. Deliver care via telehealth and in-person visits across various age groups while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical conduct. This role supports clinical excellence within a growing, family-focused Baptist Health system dedicated to improving community health through teamwork and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work or counselling
- Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW or current LPCC license)
- Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services
- Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts
- Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field
- Ability to provide clinical supervision (if qualified)
- Ability to set professional boundaries
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adhere to ethical conduct
- Ability to see patients via telehealth and in-person visits
