Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMFT) – Women's Health - Remote

Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health assessments, establish diagnoses, and provide individual psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform. Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs while utilizing evidence-based screening and outcome measurement tools. Complete clinical documentation, maintain accurate medical records, and coordinate care or referrals when clinically appropriate. Adhere to all licensing requirements, ethical standards, and applicable regulations. Work with adolescents, adults, and older adults presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, women's mental health concerns, and substance use issues. This fully remote, part-time 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling, administrative support for scheduling and patient coordination, and training on required systems and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of practice (Indiana)
- Experience providing psychotherapy services
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with women's health issues preferred
- Experience serving diverse populations preferred
