Job Summary

Receive, review, and respond to intake referrals while conducting biopsychosocial assessments and supporting diagnostic formulation. Establish diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct clinical services including individual, group, family, and couples therapy. Maintain an active caseload, independently manage treatment planning and clinical decision-making, and monitor patient progress to adjust approaches based on outcomes. Support discharge and aftercare planning, provide case management services, and coordinate referrals to external resources. Maintain accurate EHR documentation, collaborate with prescribers and multidisciplinary teams, and participate in treatment meetings, supervision, and professional development activities. Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered care aligned with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active and unrestricted clinical license or provisional license in practicing jurisdiction (LCSW, LPC) (Pennsylvania)
  • Fully licensed clinicians must be able to assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently without supervision
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and evidence based modalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with EHR systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ethical practice, professional growth, supervision, and ongoing learning
  • Commitment to delivering high quality, patient centered care

Desired Qualifications

  • Interest and/or experience in modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma informed care, or similar approaches
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and a range of mental health conditions preferred
  • LCADC or CADC is a plus
