Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia wanted to join LifeStance Health as part of a growing behavioral health team. Role supports adult, and/or child and adolescent populations, with in-person and telehealth options. Proficient use of EHR software and telehealth platforms (Doxy, VSee) and Microsoft 365/Teams is expected. Full-time W-2 position with a flexible schedule, minimum 3 days in-office, on-site & hybrid options, and comprehensive benefits including medical/vision/dental/life/disability, 401k match, and malpractice insurance.
