Job Summary
Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in South Mills, NC area. Full-time W-2 with on-site and hybrid options (minimum 3 days in-office). Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based mental health therapy to adult and/or child/adolescent populations, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing EHRs and telehealth platforms (Doxy, VSee) along with Microsoft 365/Teams. Compensation potential $92,000-$102,000+ with a sign-on bonus, robust benefits, and full malpractice insurance. Requires current Virginia licensure/credentialing in LPC, LCSW, or LMFT; experience with outpatient behavioral health services and telemedicine is preferred.
