Job Summary
Licensed Therapists provide clinical mental health therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents in an outpatient setting in Virginia. The role supports in-person and hybrid work arrangements (minimum 3 days in-office) within LifeStance Health's multidisciplinary clinical team, utilizing EHRs and telehealth tools (Doxy, VSee) and Microsoft 365/Teams. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and managing care within an outpatient program while benefiting from full administrative support that handles billing and scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience working with adults and/or child/adolescent populations
- Proficient in EHR software, telehealth platforms Doxy & VSee and Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams
