Job Summary
Licensed Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) provide outpatient mental health care in a LifeStance Health clinic with a flexible, hybrid model (minimum 3 days in-office). Serve adults and/or children/adolescents, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and utilize EHR software and telehealth platforms (Doxy, VSee, Microsoft 365/Teams). This full-time role includes a sign-on bonus, annual cash bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, malpractice insurance coverage, and administrative support. Licensure required in Virginia; position may involve work in Virginia requirements while located in Currituck, NC, with in-person and remote working options.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) licensed in Virginia
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
- Proficient in EHR software, telehealth platforms Doxy & VSee, Microsoft 365/Microsoft Teams
- Full-time W-2 position with 3+ days in-office
- On-site & hybrid positions available
