Job Summary
The Licensed Therapist will provide in-person counseling and therapeutic services, assess and diagnose mental health and substance use disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans. Key responsibilities include conducting ongoing assessments, ensuring high-quality care, and completing necessary documentation. This role requires strong adherence to professional ethics and the ability to work within an integrative care model, linking patients to essential community resources. The position requires specific licensure in Indiana and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s level degree in psychology or related field
- LCAC, LMFT, LMHC or LCSW licensure and ability to practice in Indiana
- CPI certification (to be obtained after hire)
- BLS and First Aid certification (to be obtained after hire)
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance coverage
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
