Job Summary
Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload of adults, teens, and young adults. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR. Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in a HIPAA-compliant EHR. Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities. This role offers flexibility for licensed therapists in Maryland to set their own schedule, with compensation based on billed sessions ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Maryland
- Must be licensed in Maryland
- Must be available for remote work
- Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment
