Job Summary
Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload of adults, teens, and young adults. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR. Collaborate with psychiatric providers to coordinate care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in a HIPAA-compliant EHR. Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities. This role offers full autonomy to set your own schedule, with compensation paid per billed session ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted Texas license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Texas
- Must be licensed in Texas
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy and proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care
