Job Summary
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for youth struggling with mental health challenges. Maintain connections with families and community resources while leading daily group therapy sessions that foster growth and healing. Guide successful transitions through strategic discharge planning and follow-up care, serving as a vital link between patients and external mental health providers. Deliver individual, group, activities, and family therapy to ensure youth success within our residential behavioral health facility. Requires current unrestricted licensure (LMSW or LPC preferred) and minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Current unrestricted licensure
- Minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience
- Commitment to completing CPR and Handle with Care Training within 30 days
