Job Summary
Licensed Therapist providing individual therapy in an outpatient setting. The role involves working with patients of all ages, groups, and families to support mental health and well-being. Responsibilities include guiding clients, encouraging expression of emotions and experiences, and managing a manageable caseload with 8-9 patients per day. Standard hours are Monday–Friday from 8 to 5. Requires Florida licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC); new graduates encouraged to apply; experience with Athena EMR is a plus. Location is Panama City, FL, with relocation assistance offered. Compensation starts at $65,000+ depending on experience and includes benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation and holidays, a 403(b) with match, disability and life insurance.
