Job Summary
Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions with patients on caseload, developing and monitoring personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT. Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, incorporating directive interventions and assessing progress toward goals to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and nurses to optimize comprehensive patient care while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Experience with Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, emphasizing program specific assessment, risk assessment, and outcome measures
- Expert clinical engagement skills with patients and supports
- Commitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Experience with or willing to learn Ketamine assisted psychotherapy
