Job Summary
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to clients in office-based and/or school-based settings for youth ages 6-17 in Pamlico County. Develop, implement, and maintain effective treatment plans including accurate diagnoses and measurable goals. Complete timely clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and EHR entries, within 24 hours of service delivery. Conduct written intakes, assessments, and ongoing clinical evaluations while identifying necessary referrals and community resources. Manage an assigned caseload effectively, schedule appointments, and maintain monthly contact with parents or guardians to provide progress updates. Participate in monthly staffing meetings with the Program Director and complete required clinical staffing forms.
Required Qualifications
- Fully Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Therapist (LCSW(A), LCAS(A), LCMHC(A) or LMFT(A)
- NC Licensure or Associate Licensure - LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A)
- Current malpractice policy of at least $1million per claim and $3 million per aggregate
- Ability to be credentialed with CAQH, Medicaid, Trillium, BC/BS, and other insurances
- Pass Criminal/Background Check
