Job Summary
As a Licensed Therapist, you will maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy, conduct clinical intakes, and comprehensive assessments, and facilitate IOP groups. This role involves collaborating with internal providers for coordinated care, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards, and participating in program development initiatives. A valid PA license and a Master's degree in a clinical field are required, along with experience in outpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAPC, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with group facilitation
- Experience in IOP settings
- Experience with Medicare credentialing
- Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations
Additional Requirements
- All clinical positions are in person Monday-Friday and require a minimum of two evening shifts per week
