Job Summary
Facilitate intensive outpatient groups, co-facilitate programming launches, and maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual and group therapy sessions. Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for patients managing mental health and substance use conditions. Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic and collaborate with internal providers to coordinate care. Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations. Support continuity of care during staff leave periods and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week and offers flexible W-2 scheduling with incentives and overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations
- Strong experience in group facilitation and IOP settings
- Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
- Minimum of 10 clinical hours per week
