Job Summary
Maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual therapy and group sessions for individuals managing mental health and substance use conditions. Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, while providing in-person coverage within the Rego Park clinic and collaborating with internal providers to coordinate care. Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NY regulations and support continuity of care during staff leave. This role offers a flexible W-2 schedule with full-time or part-time options, starting as part-time with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week. Compensation ranges from $35-46 per clinical hour with quarterly incentive opportunities, alongside centralized billing support and malpractice insurance. The position serves Veterans and First Responders within a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on evidence-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted license in New York as a LCSW or similar credentials including LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations
- Strong experience in group facilitation
- Familiarity with New York behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
- Minimum of 10 clinical hours per week
