Job Summary
Provide school-based psychotherapy to K-12 students in assigned Wisconsin school districts (West Allis/West Milwaukee area, western Kenosha/Racine/Walworth counties). Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and reviewing treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy and family therapy, serving as an advocate in emergencies, offering education/consultation to school personnel, and coordinating services with other providers. Requires a master's degree in a relevant field and licensure to provide mental health therapy in Wisconsin (LPC or LCSW), plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Hours are part-time, typically within school hours (7:30-5:00) during a 9-month school year, with potential continuation through summer. Location-based assignments are at schools within Racine, WI, and surrounding counties; positions operate on-site at assigned schools.
Required Qualifications
- master's degree in clinical mental health, social work, psychology or other related field
- licensure to provide mental health therapy in the State of Wisconsin; LPC or LCSW
