Licensed Therapist- Ellie Mental Health

Provide outpatient therapy under direct clinical supervision while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation, maintaining a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled sessions and minimum 25 completed visits weekly. Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in the community using evidence-based and creative interventions. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities. This role supports clinicians working toward independent licensure within a supportive team environment focused on reducing administrative burden and preventing burnout.
