Job Summary
Licensed Therapist provides assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic counseling services including individual, family, and group therapy; develops treatment plans; maintains clinical documentation; collaborates with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams; provides crisis intervention and referrals; adheres to ethical and organizational standards; participates in supervision and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active state licensure required (CSW, RSW, LCSW, LMSW or equivalent)
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and behavioral health conditions
