Job Summary
Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy while conducting comprehensive assessments and ongoing treatment planning. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including diagnoses, progress notes, and billing records. Collaborate with the integrated care team to evaluate client needs, monitor clinical progress, and assess risks for self or others. Implement evidence-based interventions and refer clients to internal services or community resources. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards while supporting associate-level clinicians as needed. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist / Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW)
- Individual, couples, family, and group therapy
- Comprehensive assessments and ongoing treatment planning
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation, including diagnoses, billing, assessments, progress notes, and other required records
- Collaboration with an integrated care team to evaluate client needs and monitor clinical progress
- Assessment of risk of harm to self or others and implementation of evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes
- Referral of clients to appropriate internal services and community resources
- Confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
- Support and oversight of associate-level clinicians as needed
- Delivery of evidence-based care aligned with best practices
