Job Summary
Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple's psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children. Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and Community referral sources. Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies, completing assessments including ANSA/CANS on time. Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided, including treatment plans and clinical service authorizations. Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC licensure
- CANS/ANSA Certification
- Three to five years' experience in behavioral health environment
