Job Summary
Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple's psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children. Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties, while ensuring timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies. Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments, and finalize treatment plans and service authorizations within required timeframes. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC licensure
- CANS/ANSA Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Three to five years' experience in behavioral health environment
- Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions
