Job Summary
As a Licensed Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat clients facing mental health challenges while providing individual, group, family, and practical counseling. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating personalized treatment plans, participating in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, and ensuring timely documentation of services. The role requires a master's degree in a relevant field, provisional licensure, and a willingness to obtain full licensure. Telehealth service provision is part of the responsibilities, and candidates must complete all mandatory training in accordance with state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Hold provisional licensure with the board of professional registration for your practicing state (e.g., PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT)
- Willingness to obtain full licensure and fulfill required clinical supervision hours, including passing a licensing exam
- Successful completion of a background check, including criminal records and driving records
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
- Must complete all mandatory training in accordance with state regulatory and accreditation standards
