Job Summary
Licensed therapists sought for outpatient behavioral health role at LifeStance Health in Blountville, TN. Hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person care. Provide care to adults and/or children/adolescents in a clinic and telehealth setting. Must be fully licensed and credentialed in US states; strong commitment to clinical excellence.
