Job Summary
Develop and implement treatment plans, clinical assessments, and programmatic goals for adults, youth, and families. Conduct individual, group, couples, or family therapy sessions while performing intakes and psychosocial assessments. Coordinate closely with clinical staff and other providers as part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering services in the clinic and community. Provide community consultation and education to agencies, schools, and human service professionals. Serve as a resource to clinic staff, attend case staffing, and maintain accurate documentation of patient services. Actively engage in clinical supervision to pursue independent licensure and provide clinical review and co-signature on assessments completed by BHTs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Pass motor vehicle screening
- BLS Certification
- Active fingerprint clearance issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety
- At least 21 years of age
- Master's degree in behavioral health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work)
