Job Summary
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral challenges. Lead daily group therapy sessions to foster growth, maintain connections with families and community resources, and guide strategic discharge planning. Serve as a vital link between patients and external mental health providers while supporting transitions through follow-up care. Requires Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with current unrestricted licensure and one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Current unrestricted licensure
- Minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, intellectual disabilities
- Passion for working with youth and families
- Commitment to completing CPR and Handle with Care Training within 30 days
Desired Qualifications
