Job Summary
Provide individual, group, marital, and family therapy in the office, via teletherapy, in the community, or in the client's home as needed, including Therapeutic Behavioral On-Site services. Maintain all clinical documentation and progress notes for assigned cases per agency specifications. Meet service productivity standards of at least 62.5% for direct therapy services supported by appropriate clinical records. Request insurance authorization when required. Maintain a valid driver's license and designated driver authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field
- Two years of related professional experience
- Must be licensed by the State of Florida as a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist or mental health counselor
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Maintain authorization as a designated driver in accordance with Agency policy
