Job Summary
Deliver high-quality therapy for clients and families while managing a clinical caseload and providing coverage as needed. Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance. Develop comprehensive treatment plans using diverse clinical data and support crisis interventions to maintain a safe therapeutic milieu. Communicate with external providers and contribute to discharge planning and staff training. Join a multidisciplinary team at Anew Treatment Center in Arizona to empower clients and strengthen families through individual, family, and group therapy services.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (active, in good standing)
- 3 years of clinical experience, including 1–2 years in residential settings
- Expertise in behavioral health, treatment planning, and case management
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass background/drug checks
- Strong multitasking and computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities (preferred)
- Experience with diverse DSM-V diagnoses and milieu therapy (preferred)
