Job Summary
Join Prosper Health as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. Responsibilities include delivering client care while managing administrative tasks, and building a caseload of 25+ clients for full-time roles or 15+ clients for part-time roles. Candidates should be licensed mental health professionals with strong clinical skills in evidence-based therapies, while having a genuine interest in neurodiversity. Required Qualifications
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
Desired Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
