Job Summary
Translate CPAP machine prescription settings from home medical equipment suppliers and pick, set, and ship medical devices for life-sustaining machines like Adaptive Servo-Ventilation. Verify orders for accuracy against prescriptions, handle incoming requests from vendors and patients, and communicate concerns to customer service representatives. Ensure equipment is configured correctly based on patient needs while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and strict safety standards. Keep all parties informed of order status, document customer interactions, and answer inquiries via phone and email. Maintain a clean work environment and comply with all company policies. This role requires a valid Iowa nursing license (LPN, RN, or RT) and is onsite at the Phoenix, AZ warehouse during the first shift (6am-2:30pm).
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Iowa nursing license required [Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Respiratory Therapist (RT)]
- Ability to work in multiple software systems at a time
- Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills with clients and coworkers
- Flexible in scheduling as one weekend a month may be required
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs at times
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility 25% of the workday
- Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
- Strict adherence to all physical safety standards
- Ability to obtain necessary licensing paid for by VGM to sustain the role and manage the renewal process
