Licensed Talk Therapist

Conduct diagnostic assessments, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy in both in-person and virtual formats to individuals, couples, and families. Document care in our EHR, collaborate with clinical leaders and psychiatry, and practice with strong ethical and cultural humility standards. This role offers flexible scheduling within Thriveworks' mission-driven organization, which provides a supportive, growth-focused culture for expanding clinical skills in outpatient counseling.
