Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients. Manage a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while handling scheduling and billing support. Work seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET with flexible availability. Maintain 30 hours of weekly availability and complete at least 25 sessions consistently. Deliver generalist care to diverse populations including couples and children using modern clinical technology. Join a clinician-led organization offering bi-weekly pay, health insurance, and CEU reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in New Mexico — LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW or Licensed Psychologist
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
