Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients across the country. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while managing billing, scheduling, and marketing support handled by the organization. Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with flexible hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, seven days a week. Treat diverse clients including couples and children using modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Join a clinician-led community offering live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and opportunities for paid clinical supervisor roles.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Michigan
- LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
