Job Summary
Conduct telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions for over 175,000 clients across the country, maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 sessions weekly. Deliver evidence-based care to diverse populations including couples and children while utilizing modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, supported by handled administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, and marketing. Work flexible hours seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Join a clinician-led organization that provides live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and a vibrant community of 2,700 licensed providers.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in North Carolina
- LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
