Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients across the country. Manage a full caseload of 25+ sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability, treating diverse populations including couples and children. Handle credentialing, billing, and scheduling while focusing on client progress. Earn up to $99,000 based on licensure, volume, and bonuses, with flexible hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Build a supportive clinical community through live support and monthly case consultations.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Connecticut
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
