Job Summary
Conduct telehealth and face-to-face mental health sessions with diverse clients, including couples and children, as a behavioral health generalist. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while managing a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Maintain consistent availability for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly, utilizing modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Thriveworks handles all administrative tasks, billing, and scheduling to allow clinicians to focus on client progress. Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Arkansas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CP (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
