Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients via telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Newport News, VA. Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, while maintaining a caseload of at least 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability. Work seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, utilizing modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support are handled by the team, allowing you to focus on client care. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Join a clinician-led organization serving 175,000 clients annually through a hybrid care model that partners with health systems and primary care providers.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Virginia
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A good teammate
