Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to a diverse client base including couples and children. Manage a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while handling billing, scheduling, and marketing support internally. Maintain consistent availability for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with flexible hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Utilize modern clinical technology and EHR tools to support measurable client progress within a vibrant community of 2,700 licensed providers.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Michigan
- LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
