Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients across the country. Deliver care to a variety of clients, including couples and children, while building a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Work seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET with 30 hours of weekly availability. Thriveworks handles all administrative tasks, including credentialing, billing, and scheduling, allowing you to focus on clinical work.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in California — LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
