Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients across the country. Deliver care to diverse populations including couples and children while maintaining a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Manage weekly availability for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability. Work flexible schedules seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Utilize modern clinical technology including telehealth platforms and EHR tools. Build a career within a clinician-led organization that handles administrative tasks like credentialing, billing, and scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Virginia
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
