Required Qualifications
- Licensed Georgia Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) is required
- 7+ years of experience in land surveying
- High School diploma
- Proficiency in survey software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation) and GPS/Total Station equipment
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and mapping techniques
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Must be able to work in the Thomaston, GA office
