Licensed Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluate residents through screening, develop and implement individualized speech therapy programs in one-on-one and group sessions, and manage the caseload while adhering to PPS guidelines and documentation policies. Instruct families and caregivers on discharge needs, supervise affiliated students, and ensure the facility environment remains safe and sanitary. Maintain resident confidentiality, report grievances to the administrator, and participate in continuing education to uphold professional competence.
