Job Summary
Greet spa guests upon entry, orient them to facilities, and provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, and hours of operation. Interview, hire, and coach staff members while managing daily operations, including inventory, budget monitoring, and goal tracking. Actively promote spa treatments, services, sessions, retail, and programming promotions to drive outreach marketing. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment through consistent monitoring of locker and facility areas. Handle guest questions and concerns professionally while ensuring a memorable experience. Requires a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License, two years of leading teams to financial success, and strong customer service skills. Pay is $20/hour plus commission and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
