Job Summary
Licensed Social Worker responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan as directed by the Director of Social Services; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and one year of supervised social work experience in a health‐care setting to provide care appropriate to residents' age-related needs.
